British Sea Power hit the road to preview some of their new material and decided to play places you wouldn’t normally expect to see them. So as there was no London or Brighton gig, it was clearly an excuse for a short weekend break. In this case, it meant a trip to Gloucester. Tonight’s gig was a mixture of new and in some cases very rough new material. About 50% of the new material sat well within a normal BSP set. But still a positive sign for their new album.
