Duke Garwood

Arriving in Brighton early for the Great Escape, I thought I’d catch some of the evening’s gigs. First up was Duke Garwood. I’d seen him once before playing a solo support slot. This time, he had a band that included one of my favourite artists, John J Presley. Although I enjoyed tonight’s gig. I preferred the solo show. I felt the band smoothed his sound making it sound a little bit more bland.
